Lucie founded Team Sparx to help people succeed, driven by frustration with how often businesses and managers are set up to fail despite their potential.
With 15+ years in project, program, and change management, she’s worked with global companies like Amazon and governments to lead major initiatives, from employee engagement programs to pandemic responses.
Lucie excels at turning vision into action, helping businesses navigate growth, cultural shifts, and build strong, engaged teams. Her strategic insight, action-oriented mindset, and ability to simplify complexity make her a unique leader. Outside of work, boxing and dancing fuel her creativity and focus.
