So excited to join team Sparx!
I'm one of the many leaders who had no clue what I was walking into when adopting the role, no clue of the challenges that managing people can drive and how to navigate them, a lot of trial and error along the way, some very good lessons, but the desire is that no one should have to commit so many errors and have the stress of navigating all the time wondering if that was the right call. I am excited to see a company come to live like Team Sparx, I can't wait to share it and see more and more leaders get their hands on these essential tips and tools that Team Sparx provides. Besides being able to share experiences and what seem to be unique scenarios that once shared will help us see we are truly not alone in this journey nor its challenges.
